What is the main Difference between a Condominium
The term condominium actually describes the ownership structure of a building or living units. Most commonly thought of as an apartment style building, where each individual unit is owned by a different owner.
While the apartment style is the most common type of condo, stand alone houses, side by sides or townhomes can also be structured as condominiums.
Each owner is generally responsible for interior maintenance, and must also pay a condo fee to help with upkeep and management of the overall structure.
