Gay are people sexually attracted to same sex,a man getting attracted to another man,Woman getting attracted to another woman sexually.They do to themselves what a man and a woman are expected to do together in order to reproduce,replenish the earth.
The holy bible recognizes Marriage but not once did it say that it should be between a man and a man or a
woman and a woman.Biblical recognition of marriage is based on the opposite sex coming together,a man to a woman for certain reasons:- Companionship*Genesis 3:20*:One clear reason God instituted marriage is for companionship,to overcome loneliness,have a helping hand.
- Fruitfulness*Genesis 1:28*:Marriage was established for the reproduction of mankind,without marriage,the coming together of a man and a woman,child birth would definitely be impossible.
- Multiplication*Genesis 1:28*:To multiply is to increae rapidly.It was the purpose of God from creation that man does not only become fruitful but have much increase of the fruits.The fruits speaks of that of the womb which only a woman is privy to.
- Replenish the earth*Genesis 1:28*:With much mortality rate would come natality rate.If there is so much death without a single case of birth,then humanity will head towards a state of self extinction.God therefore concluded the plan of continuous birth by instituting marriage between a man and a woman.
Is There a Biblical Passage in Support of Gay Marriage
Going through the pages of the holy bible,never is it even once mentioned that a man can marry a man or a woman marry another woman.
But Where There Gays in Bible Days
Genesis 19:4-5 is clear on the fact that gay existed in biblical times.The men of Sodom where in those days bent on sleeping or having carnal,illicit affair with the men that LOT took into his house as guest.In verse seven of same chapter,LOT attributed it to the men of Sodom as wickedness.
In Leviticus 18:22,a law preventing the children of Isreal from gay Practice was enacted;it is obvious from the enactment that the nations around the Isrealites, often refer to as the gentiles were into gay practice and God had told the children of Isreal that it is an abomination.
Subsequently,in Leviticus 20:13,God had set death as punishment for anyone practicing gay.In Deuteronomy 23:18,God had concluded the practice of gay as *SODOMY*having said *nor a sodomite of the sons of Isreal*
Do Gays Have Right To Marriage
They may have a right but never before God.Whatever right they may have is from themselves not from God.It is biblically clear and most obvious rom the practice of gay in the bible that God frowns profusely at it and anyone practicing it is setting himself against God,for God sees it as wrong.
Why is Gay Right to Marriage not Recognised in the Bible
Gay practice is a man or a woman being attracted to their sexes sexually;bible has no recognition of such marriage for the underlisted reasons:
1.Fruitfulness:Gay practice,no matter how hot,lovely or colorful it is presented cannot fulfil the biblical blessings of marriage for child bearing.
2.Multiplication:A practice that cannot bear children,cannot obviously have children multiplied or increased.
3.Replenishment of the earth:Gay marriage is against natality rate.While it is obvious there will always be mortality rate,how then does humanity continue without going into extinction.
4.Wrong companionship:The companionship recognized by the bible is a man to a woman and nothing more
or less as far as marriage is concerned.Therefore a marital companionship involving a man and a man or a woman and a woman is clearly not from God.5.Wrong sexual intercourse pattern:God made man unique,made the woman fit for him in regards to sexual pleasure.Sex can only be provingly done through the vaginal opening,not the anus,mouth or any other opening of the body.Sex is not meant for the anus or any other opening of the body that lacks the ability of transporting the mans sperm to reach the womans egg,only the vaginal opening possesses such powers.
What is the Biblical Punishment for Gays
Biblically the then cities of Sodom and Gomorah were destroyed by fire leading to the death of all those practicing gay in those cities,Genesis 19:24-25.Similarly in Leviticus 20:13,God had commanded that anyone practicing gay would be put to death.
Coming to todays world,every gay person is separated spiritually from God irrespective of their charity,activities towards humanity,they are spiritually dead.Romans 1:27 talks more explicitely about gays,while Romans 1:32 concluded by saying they are worthy of death.
Is there Hope for gays
Gays have hope only if they would turn to God for forgiveness and accept Jesus into their life,turn away from gay practice.
Summarilly,while gays may feel they have right to marriage,it is unbiblical,ungodly,an abomination even to mankind.It is sodomy in practice and greatly attracts the anger of God.
