A powerful Tornado hit southern Romania, as a result, a bus overturned, 10 buildings’ roofs collapsed and several people sustained various degrees of injuries.
Twelve passengers wounded after their vehicle lifted up from the road by a tornado and overturned into an adjacent field. All of the Injured immediately shifted to the hospital where doctors are treating one of the injured for severe trauma.

The bad weather condition occurred after cold front originated from Bulgaria struck with warmer moist air in Romania. The collision of warm and cold air formed a tornado. It traveled with a speed of 90km/h and also whirled through Calarasi like a funnel of dust. The meteorological office has warned people of the area to remain alert with the risk of tornadoes.
