A private legitimate expert and previous Member of Parliament (MP) for North Dayi, George Loh, has asked the applicants in the claimed defilement argument against Electoral Commissioner, Charlotte Osei to demonstrate their appearances.

The legal counselor’s remarks come after a few yet-to-be known staff of the Electoral commission (EC), in July, appealed to the president, Nana Akufo-Addo, over an asserted misappropriation of assets by Mrs. Osei which has prompted the setting up of an advisory group, by the Chief Justice, Sophia Akuffo, to test the EC seat and her two agents, Amadu Sulley and Georgina Opoku Amankwa.

The three showed up before the board which was heard in camera, on Monday, December 11, 2017.

Charlotte Osei is to reply to six out of 27 assertions leveled against her by her two representatives.

Talking on Morning Xpress on Radio XYZ Tuesday morning on the issue that has pulled out in the open intrigue, Mr. Loh said however the case portrays how considerable Ghana’s vote based system is, he thought it was best the solicitors demonstrated their characters.

“She should know her informers. The obscurity of the candidates is an issue for a few of us,” he stated, shielding that it will help from multiple points of view.

George Loh accepts in any case the debates encompassing the case, everyone be given a reasonable hearing.

“We are watching the procedure intently. It is a procedure that is in accordance with the constitution, yet we are trusting that we have some decency and a high level of due process in the issue,” he exhorted.
