North Korea showed a bevy of new missiles and there launchers at its annual military parade on Saturday. Two of the new intercontinental ballistic missiles were on the display along with submarine-launched ballistic missile and the land based version of it.

The US navy launched its aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson to the region last week amidst rising concerns about North Korean possible testing of a nuclear missile test.

Tensions in the Korean peninsula are rising each day and the recent display of new range of artillery will boost them further.

Korea vice foreign minister said a day ago that “we are ready for war if Trump offers”. Recent display of missiles means Korea means what it says and is not willing to turn their backs to walls on US pressure.

US has its sympathies and affiliation with the South Korea, whereas ties with North and South have a history of conflict and mistrust so both try to counter each other.US intervention in the region and a support for one competitor and defy and hatred for the other has worsen the scenario.

North Korea has been a stand out among all the nations in ignoring US pressure when it comes to policies of national interest.
