Charlie Murphy dies at the age of 57

The internationally celebrated comedian, Charlie Murphy passed away on 12th of April, 2017.

The standup comedian died in the age of 57 in New York on Wednesday. His spokesperson, Domenick Nati breaks this news. According to reports the comedian fought with Leukemia but unfortunately he lost this battle and in results he lost his life.

The popular comedian engraved his name in the list of successful actors through his hard work. Eddie Murphy and his brother are quite popular for his appearance on Comedy Central’s show dubbed as Chappelle’s Show.

The late comedian also performed as an animated character in the hit cartoon series. The names of series are ‘The Boondocks’ and ‘Black Jesus.’ Before his untimely death, Murphy performed in drama series named as ‘Power’ which is predictable to be on-air later this year.

He is also credited as contributing to the writing of his brother, Eddie’s hit movie, ‘Norbert and Vampire in Brooklyn.’

He was wedded to Tisha Taylor Murphy from 1997 until she died from cervical cancer in December 2009. The couple had two children together, and Murphy had another child from a previous relationship as well.
