Founder of Apostle Safo Technology center and Great KOSA network of companies, Apostle Dr Kwadwo Safo Kantanka has asked the President-elect Nana Addo that his administration should focus more on science and technology in the coming years.

According to him, science and technology is a very important field and our country has people with great caliber who are having a potential to develop the technology, however, this field has been neglected by previous administrations. And not much work has been done on technology.

At the 37th annual technological exhibition of the Apostle Technology centre on Sunday, Safo’s daughter and Member of Parliament (MP) for Dome-Kwabenya, Adwoa Sarfo speak to the government on his behalf, asking them to support his numerous technological products and make people aware of the advancement in technology and uses of technological things especially from his centre.

The event was chaired by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ghana, Professor Ebenezer Oduro Owusu. He also urged the incoming administration led by Nana Akufo-Addo to organize educational reforms and seminars about the technological advancement for raising awareness in the masses and tell them how technology has made our lives so easy.

He said, our country will not develop fast if we ignore science and technology and don’t give it a priority in government policies.
