Much to the fans’ excitement and happiness, the Do Bol famed couple Hira Mani and Affan Waheed are coming back on screen with new drama serial Ghalati. Although this news has been surfacing on the media for quite some time, we were curious to know more about what Ghalti will be centering on and finally we have some details about the much awaited play, revealed by lead actor Affan Waheed.

The drama, according to Affan as quoted by Dawn Images, will be focusing on decisions made in anger and how such anger management issues can cause problems for an individual and his family in the longer run.

“The story is actually revolving around one thing which can’t be revealed yet but Ghalati shows how the main character’s anger management issues cause problems within his family and love life quite a lot,” Affan revealed while speaking to Images.

According to Affan, Ghalati too will be a love story between Saad (Saad) and Zaira (Hira Mani) like Do Bol but with different dynamics.

‘Saad is an intense lover but at the same time he is really impulsive, short-tempered and aggressive but madly in love with Zaira,’ Affan added.

Written by Asma Sayani and directed by Saba Hameed under the banner of Six Sigma Productions, Ghalati will be giving out a message of not making decisions in moments of anger at the end.

About reuniting with Mani, he said, “Hira, after Do Bol, has had a great chemistry with me. It’s always fun working with her.”

The play will go on air sometime around mid December on A Plus.
