4. Transfer contents of the skillet to a slow cooker. Add chicken broth and lime juice, and stir to combine.
5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours.
6. When ready to serve, top with fresh cilantro, diced avocado, diced tomatoes and sour cream. Enjoy!
