Beant Singh Memorial Library

Beant Singh Memorial Library is located at Sector 42 D, Near New Lake. Sardar Beant Singh received many awards during his political lifetime and posthumously for his service to Punjab and India as a whole. The memorial is tribute to this legend. This library can seat over 400 members daily and is used more as a study space. With three reading halls on the ground floor, the main library and computer center are located on the first floor along with an auditorium, exhibition hall and conference room on the top floor. While interacting with staff found out that library lack required books and reading material. While talking to few frequent library members told that library is undoubtedly good but lacks maintenance. Authorities shall do surprise visits.
