The game which has a huge following in our country is a perfect option for having fun with some exercise. Chandigarh is one of the major hub for the game and has some of the best cricket academies in and around the city.




Govt Model Senior Secondary School, Sector 26 – Located in Chandigarh, the academy is run by the leaders in Cricket Club. The GMSSS-26 academy is approved by the BCCI and is dedicated to the kids of Bapu Dham and that of the school. The academy provides training free of cost.

Cricket Stadium, Sector 16 – The Cricket stadium in sector 16 Chandigarh comes under Chandigarh Administration. The timings of the academy in the morning is from 6am to 8am and in evening is 4pm to 7pm.

GuruSagar Cricket Academy – Gurusagar Cricket Academy is located at the back side of the Sukhna Lake. The academy is managed by the former Punjab Ranji player Amit Uniyal.

DAV College, Sector 10 – DAV college academy is one of the oldest academies which has given many excellent players. It is being run by former International cricketer Dinesh Mongia. The academy is free of cost for the college students and economically weak.

Learning Paths School, Sector 67 – Situated in SAS Nagar Mohali, Learning Paths School Academy is also good option. The timings of the academy is 5am to 7pm.




Mohali Cricket Association Academy – Mohali Cricket Association Academy is located behind the PCA Stadium. The academy is run by the Mohali District.

St. Soldier Academy, Sector 16 – The St. Soldier Academy is situated in Panchkula. The academy also has floodlights for providing coaching at night. It takes Rs.100 with Rs.2000 for registration.

CL DAV School Cricket Academy, Sector 11 – The cricket academy is affiliated with the Panchkula District Cricket Association. The timings of the academy is from 5pm to 7pm in the evening.
