e-Sampark was an initiative by the Chandigarh administration to bring together all the service department under one roof. It is one such platform which has been established for the transparency in governance by informing citizens about the campaigns and policies formulated by the government. E-Sampark aims at spreading awareness related issues of national importance, public interest band government policies among citizens.

What is e-Sampark?

e-Sampark is a procedure to connect the government directly with the citizens across India by outbound dialing, running mailer and SMS campaigns. It is used for sharing informational and public service messages. The concept of e-sampark was established for proactive communication between the government and citizens by digitization of campaigns. It not only facilitates communication but also maintains a data base of contacts of the nodal officers, representatives and citizens.
