If you’ve never heard of a “cozy mystery” before, I can tell you exactly what it means. It’s a mystery Book where there isn’t much violence and gore, there isn’t any smut, and where the main character is usually an amateur, but nevertheless uses their good sense to solve a crime. And solve it they do! Often with a little, or a lot, of help from friends, sidekicks, and the po-po.
