The Princess of Wales was pictured looking delighted for Wimbledon's newest champion, Carlos Alcaraz after he dethroned the tournament favourite Novak Djokovic.

Princess Kate beamed as she handed over the famed trophy to Alcaraz after he blew Djokovic away with in the opening sets to win 3-2.
