For Deadheads, this is the greatest thing since “Orange Sunshine” – and there was definitely no app for that (’cause I’d have it by now). Sadly, this new app won’t dose you through your iPhone or even your iPad, but it will bring back some seriously heady memories.
The new “Relisten” app is your gateway to all the epic shows and monster song performances the Grateful Dead ever served up. It’s like the Archive on ‘roids.
Relisten makes every show and every song ridiculously easy to find and listen to. Just select a year (from 1965 to 1995), and you’re off to the races. The simple, super-clean site layout makes navigation – finding the show or song you’re looking for – easy and lightning quick.
As a bonus Relisten cues up featured shows every day. For example, on June 28, 2017, the app will pull all the Dead shows performed on June 28th over the years. Pretty sweet stuff!
