How Can Project Management Help Agency Growth?

Developing CROOW

CROOW was added to our team by Sparxoo’s skilled developers, who are focused on the user experience. Our partner was Alison Engelhardt, Sparxoo’s Director of Web & Mobile Development. We met weekly to discuss tool adoption, workflow improvements, and any other feedback she had. Their perspective helped us to plan how we would organize our software. CROOW was developed differently than other PM tools. We added workspaces to allow for new levels of the organization, deeper testing of new features, and faster updates and release.

Sparxoo’s approach to branding projects is different from how we manage websites and how we manage our teams. We created CROOW to allow each user to create a system that is tailored to their business. CROOW allows you to organize projects into groups of deliverable types or into phases. This makes team workloads more visible and easier to understand.
