Cream Castes has built a high reputation through cleanliness of all our units. Sanitising our Equipment is nothing new to us and we have always cleaned our equipment between hires and on initial set up of our equipment. We use commercial bouncy castle cleaner which kills 99.9% of Bacteria including coronavirus.

72 Hours Between Hires

We have introduced a minimum 72 hour rest period on all of our hire equipment. This includes, all our units, Safety mats, blowers and cables. The government guidance stipulates coronavirus decreases on surfaces after 24 hours and even more so after 48 hours. We have introduced 72 hours as an extra precautionary measure.

Contactless Delivery

To ensure the safety of both you and your family as well as our delivery teams, we are only operating offering contactless delivery. Clear access to the installation area must be available without entering your home. We are asking that payment be made online in advance of your hire and any hire agreement signed electronically. Customers must remain indoors whilst we set up the equipment and carry out sanitisation procedures. We ask you stay indoors again on collecting the equipment.

Government Guidance

From PIPA test certificates for inflatables, Portable Appliance Test Certificates for electrical equipment and Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind. We have always taken our obligations seriously and now is no different. We want you to be confident when using our services that we are working fully within all government guidelines and continue to monitor this advice carefully, adjusting our policies and procedures as required.
