Just move a little, when you set a goal. Don’t just sit there and say to yourself “Okay, yeah, that’s what I want to do” but then take no action at all. Because the next day you’ll do the same thing and then the same thing- your dream needs some gas in the form of action. Something, some step, no matter how small will inspire you to take one more step, and before you know it you’re climbing up the stairs two at a time!
