Ananya Pandey, who is all set to entertain us as ‘WOH’ in her upcoming flick ‘Pati, Patni Aur Woh,’ turned 21st today.

And, she celebrated her birthday a day before she rang in her 21st. Yes, Chintu Tyagi  (Kartik Aaryan) surprised his co-star Ananya Panday with a delectable chocolate cake on the film's sets!

In a clip shared on the Instagram story, Kartik can be heard teasing the 'Student of the Year 2' debutant on the low people turn out for her cake-cutting, which included co-actor Bhumi Pednekar with just a few members of the film's crew.

Still, cheerful Ananya didn't seem to lower her spirits and added, "It's my birthday!"

For the first time together, the three will be seen sharing screen space where Ananya will be seen as the other woman, and Bhumi will play Kartik's on-screen wife.

Well, Sunny Singh, 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety' actor, has also joined the film's cast, apart from the trio. This news was announced by Kartik on Instagram earlier this month.

Helmed by Mudassar Aziz, the film is a remake of the 1978 drama of the same name, which starred Vidya Sinha, Sanjeev Kumar, and Ranjeeta Kaur in the pivotal roles.

The original plot was all about the married couple Sharda (Vidya) and  Ranjeet (Sanjeev), and how things turn after he gets involved with another woman Nirmala (Ranjeeta), his secretary.

The upcoming remake is all set to hit the theaters on December 6 this year.

Ananya Panday, who is also a daughter of one great Bollywood Actor Chunky Pandey, marked her debut in Punit Malhotra's 'Student Of The Year 2' alongside Tara Sutaria and Tiger Shroff. And, the actress received praise for her performance in the film even though the movie opened to mixed reviews.

However, the actress will be next seen opposite Ishaan Khatter in their upcoming film 'Khaali Peeli' directed by Maqbool Khan and produced by Ali Abbas Zafar. Well, the actress is grabbing a lot of good opportunities in a short time and is putting all her efforts to perfect her roles.
