Despite the quote on the entryway sign, Halloween 2016 proved to be a real "killer" for the host

This group of friends thought it would be a great idea if they got together to catch up, have some fun, and discuss a little Murder.

Here's what the host decided to do when it came to food for the evening.

We wanted to stay with the theme of cocktail party so we had each guest bring appetizer style food. There were a lot of dips, clams casino, stuffed mushrooms, etc.

There was also a sign that gave a friend's Snapchat name because the character she was portraying was making a documentary. Everything was recorded on her Snapchat story! Talk about an innovative idea. Way to go Jacy!
