Steam has finally published the system requirements for Capcom’s Resident Evil 3 Remake. While the suggested requirements remain unknown, we’ve collected the minimum specs needed to play the game on the PC system.
RE3 Remake’s minimum PC specs are not too different from Resident Evil 2 Remake. If your PC had no difficulty running that game, then you should feel the same kind of performance since the two remakes come with the nearly alike requirements. It remains still not known whether the same can be said for the suggested requirements, as those have yet to be announced for RE3 Remake.
Resident Evil 3 Remake Minimum System Requirements:
- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: WINDOWS® 7, 8.1, 10 (64-BIT Required)
- Processor: Intel® Core i5-4460 or AMD FX-6300 or better
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 760 or AMD Radeon R7 260x with 2GB Video RAM
- DirectX: Version 11
RE3 Remake surfaced before its official reveals at the Sony’s last State of Play for the year. Capcom revealed a few trailers following the game’s reveal. We’ve also gathered a list of everything we know about the future remake, it comes with a cameo and tie-in achievement in RE2 Remake.
Resident Evil 3 Remake is now available to pre-order before its April 3, 2020 release on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. If you preorder then you can have some bonuses, including an exclusive Classic Costume Pack for Jill and Carlos. The remake will also comes with Project Resistance, a 4v1 asymmetrical online multiplayer experience.
