As one of the company activities, weekly presentation is a great chance for Apohair staffs to not only practice their skills but also learn more about the work. Now, let’s take a look at this interesting activity at Apohair Company.

Every Thursday Apohair has a Presentation time which lasts about 1-2 hours. This is the chance for the company staffs sitting together to share their work experience and new work plans. There are about 4 – 5 staffs going to give a presentation each year. In our company we have two main teams which are Sale team and Marketing team. The participants of the presentation each week can be Sale team only, Marketing only or both of two teams.

Most of the time, there will be senior staffs and junior staffs presenting together. Seniors will share their work experience with their juniors; something like “How to persuade customers to buy our products”, “How to make customers believe and comfortable with our service…” and so on.

For junior staffs, since they still have little work experience, they often talk about their plans in the upcoming time. The seniors then will give them advice and some useful comments. For Marketing team, the topics they often discuss is new ideas for marketing campaign or how to optimize our website content. Everyone will listen and contribute to the discussion in order to work effectively.

Weekly presentation is very important as it can bring all the staff together and share things. This is one of the activities which help the company to develop and become bigger and bigger.
