I have to make this clear right from the beginning. I *secretly* find witches adorable (did you see my Halloween yard display this year, lol) and these witch hat cookies seriously make my day. Anytime I have the opportunity to associate food with something cute that makes me smile, it just seems to make the day just a little bit better.
