I took another semester of Figure Drawing, grew to love it above all other fine art activities, and dropped out of school. Again. I found that the all time, money, and stress was not worth the benefit I was getting and started looking for other ways to pursue my goals.

Currently I attend a drawing group of artists with the same passion for life drawing that I have where we toss $5 into a kitty every week to pay a model to pose for us. I also teach a drawing class to three high school students in my home.

In addition to discovering figure drawing last year, I also rediscovered my love for writing. I have quit my day job and am now pursuing freelance writing as a means to make money. We'll see how that goes.

I hope to reinvigorate this blog with the insights I gained from my classes, as well as photos of who I'm currently drawing.
