Valentine’s day

What do guys really want for Valentine’s Day?

I mean, nonetheless don’t get me wrong—we want the same thing as everyone else: a nice dinner, maybe a card from mom, and then maybe some alone time with our significant other.

But what we really want is something that makes us feel special and appreciated. We want to feel like we’re not just another guy in the crowd. We want to be thought of as someone who matters—someone who matters because of their personality or because of their accomplishments, but also because they’re without a doubt a part of our lives.

Do it yourself Valentine gifts?

The answer is YES! With these amazing DIY Valentines Day gifts, you can make your man feel special without breaking the bank.

Ready for a DIY that will melt your heart?

 Happy almost Valentine’s Day everyone! The special occasion is only a couple of days away and many of us have yet to buy that special someone a nice gift. But as I always say, why buy when you can DIY? Whether you’ll be spending the day with your Valentine or giving yourself a relaxing treat at home, these heart-shaped wax melts are great gifts and a way to celebrate Valentine’s Day. Happy Valentine’s day Picnic By Cute DIYs

Valentine’s Day is a special day for two. Whether you’re planning to spend it at home, out on a date, or with your family, it can be difficult to come up with something new and exciting for your sweetie.

If you’re planning a picnic for two, I like to think of it as any meal minus the main dish. From there I modify the appetizer, side dishes and desserts to be simplified and more snack-like. Even though this is a meal, treat it more like you would a cocktail hour or holiday party, and create a menu that is meant for snacking.

Red Velvet Beetroot Cake

If you’re looking for Valentine’s Day cake that will let you show your love in a way that won’t make you feel like you’re eating a heart attack, then this recipe is for you.

The red velvet cake is full of beets, which gives it a deep and rich red colour without the use of artificial dye. The lemon cream cheese icing has just enough tang to make it interesting, but not so much as to overwhelm your taste buds. And the berry topping can easily be changed up to suit your personal tastes!

I know what you’re thinking: beets? In my cake? But believe me when I say that if anyone had told me that eating healthy could taste this good, I would have been skeptical too. But once you try this recipe, I think you’ll be amazed at how delicious it really is.

Succulent Valentine’s day Dinner By Cute DIYs

Instant Pot Ribs with roasted potatoes

For this DIY Valentines, I’m going to create something a little different, food!

Instead of going to a restaurant and spending $200 on a meal that will be eaten in 2 minutes, I’m going to cook for my partner at home.

I love cooking, and what better way to show someone you care about them than by making them a delicious meal. You can show off your culinary skills and make something special for your partner, or if you don’t feel like putting in any effort, there are plenty of recipes online that will help you out!

If you want to decorate the table with flowers and candles, do it! have your wine, beer or milk chilled depending on your boyfriend’s taste. You can make sides like roasted potatoes and a green salad with some yummy rosemary bread.

No matter what happens this Valentine’s Day, just remember that it’s all about spending time together—and how good it feels when you can do something special for each other without breaking the bank.

Valentine’s Day Tree By Re Fabbed: Brooke Riley

Valentines Tree for the holiday

I’m just going to say one of my favourite things is Valentine’s day it’s the best day of the year. When you have to spend it alone, it doesn’t matter if you’re single or in a relationship. It doesn’t matter what colour your skin is, how tall you are, or how much money you make. Valentine’s Day is about love—and that’s all that matters!

But what if your significant other wants something a little more… romantic? You can definitely still celebrate together without feeling like a couple every day of the year. After all, not everyone has someone special in their life who wants to spend Valentine’s Day with them—and that’s okay! We’ve got some ideas for ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day without having to do it alone (or with one person).

This year, why not throw your own “Tree of Love”? Yes, we mean literally decorate a tree so that when your family comes over and sees it, they’ll know exactly what to get for each other… because they’ll already know what you want! This way your loved ones get something special under the tree—and at least they’ll have some sort of idea of what they’re getting it will be so much fun!

Wall Art By Cute DIYs

Photos, pictures or prints for beautiful wall art

Valentine’s Day is a time to celebrate love. But sometimes, you just want to celebrate your love of art!

We’ve got some great ideas for how to make DIY valentines day wall art that’s sure to make your house look like a gallery.

First, select a print or image that you love. Make sure it’s something that will fit on your walls—if you’re using a print, make sure the dimensions are 12 x 12 inches or less so that it will fit nicely in the frame. If you’re using a digital photo, make sure that it has enough resolution to print clearly and at high quality without being pixelated (the higher the resolution, the better).

Then frame it with decorative paper like burlap or lace so that it looks like an actual artwork when hung on an easel or wall. A few other supplies you can also choose to frame with plain white cardboard before attaching the artwork if you’d like.

And finally… hang it! You’ve got yourself some gorgeous Valentine’s Day art!

What can I do for Valentine’s Day with little money?

Valentine’s Day is a time of love, but it’s also a time of spending.

If you’re like me and don’t have much money, the question becomes: what should I do to celebrate my love?

Well, here are my top three suggestions:

1) Make sure your loved one is well-rested before the big day arrives. If you don’t want to spend money on gifts for each other, then at least give each other a nice nap!

2) Go on a date. It doesn’t have to be fancy or expensive—just pick somewhere that’s fun and different from your usual routine. You might even go swimming! And if all else fails, just enjoy some sweet boba tea together!

3) Take advantage of all the free stuff available in town (like movies)! Grab some popcorn and watch a movie that has nothing to do with Valentine’s Day—you can even talk about how awesome your partner is while doing so!

Where is Cupid this year? Don’t give up quite yet…

Cupid, the winged warrior of romance, is a god born of Mercury, the messenger of gods. He was also born of Venus, the goddess of love. Armed with bow and arrows, Cupid carries out his mission to spread happiness and bring joy to those who visit his domain.

But Cupid has another role: he’s the god of love! And he’s got some pretty big plans for Valentine’s Day this year: he’s going to help you find your soul mate!

If all else fails and I don’t have time to DIY Valentine’s day gifts, what should I do?

So, Valentine’s Day is coming up. You’re probably going to get flowers and candy, right? Well, if you want to take things to the next level with your sweetie, here are some alternative presents that will show that you really care.

1) A bouquet of flowers and some sweets like macaroons or candy

2) A book (or 10) they’ve been dying to read but haven’t gotten around to yet

3) A gift card for their favourite restaurant (you can even add a coupon for free dessert if you’re feeling extra romantic!)

4) Tickets to see a concert they’ve been dying to go see

5) A massage at a spa

You Are
As we watch the sun go down,
I want to let you know,
my love for you is forever;
I'll never let you go.
You're the one I've been searching for,
the one I've finally found;
without you in my life,
my world wouldn't go round.
The love you bring into my heart,
which is so true and kind,
is something in no other
I could truly find.
You're the only one for me.
God tells me so
deep within my heart, mind, body and soul.
Today isn't just an ordinary Valentine's Day.
It's all about me and you,
about the love we share,
and how it will forever continue to grow.
It's not all about the chocolates or the dozen roses;
it's about the love we found,
how much we've been blessed.
Everything happens for a reason.
I believe this statement is true;
that's why you were sent to me
and I was sent to you.
I've never been more happy,
as I've been with you.
Even through the rough times,
we always make it through;
To be with you for eternity
is all I want for me and you.
All I want to say,
on our very first Valentine's Day, is:
I may not be your first love,
but I promise, with all my heart,
that I will be that one from up above,
your one and only, true love!

Happy Valentine's Day!
