*Darius Jackson and Keke Palmer have requested that their domestic violence court date be postponed.

Palmer was granted a temporary restraining order against her baby daddy in November after accusing him of physical abuse. The “Nope” star also received sole custody of their nine-month-old child, Leodis. We reported previously that the actress submitted evidence showing Jackson abusing her as part of a restraining order against him.

Palmer, 30, claims Jackson, 29, has been abusive throughout their two-year relationship, according to US Weekly.  She reportedly provided the court security footage from November 5th showing Darius “trespassed into my home without my knowledge or consent” and “threatened” her before “lunging for my neck, striking me, throwing me over the couch and stealing my phone,” according to the court docs.

Keke also detailed “many instances of physical violence” with Darius that included “destroying my personal property, including diaries and prescription eyeglasses, throwing my belongings into the street, throwing my car keys to prevent me from driving away, hitting [me] in front of our son, spewing profanities about me to our son, threatening to kill himself with a gun if I left him, harassment, and other physical and emotional abuse.”

She filed for a domestic violence restraining order in Los Angeles and included security footage screenshots allegedly showing Jackson hitting her over a sofa.

According to recently filed court documents, the couple requested rescheduling their Dec. 5 court appearance to attend mediation, Complex reports.

Per the outlet, the move would “allow the parties time to attend mediation. The parties request that the Mediation and Petitioner’s DVRO be continued to a mutually agreeable date,” the filing states.

Palmer and Jackson agreed that the temporary restraining order “shall remain in full force and effect.”
