*Tristan Thompson is reportedly paying his Baby Mama Jordan Briani Craigg $40,000 in monthly child and she’s taking legal moves to make sure the settlement remains rock solid.   

According to DailyMail.com, Craig filed an ‘abstract of judgment’ in Los Angeles on August 9, which is a document used to create a public record in the case of non-payment of a debt – in this case, child support. 

However, Thompson’s income has decreased since they reached a support settlement for Prince, their six-year-old son, in 2019. At the time, Thompson was playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers and earning an annual salary of $ 17.7 million. 

As the Daily Mail reports, the basketball star’s annual salary has since dropped to $9.2million. He’s also doling out child support for three more children by two different women. There is no indication that he is not paying Craig her monthly stipend.

Thompson shares two children with Khloe Kardashian and a son with fitness model Maralee Nichols, who was born in December 2021.

In April, Thompson signed with the Los Angeles Lakers, bringing him closer to Khloe. He first began dating the reality TV Star in 2017, when Jordan was still pregnant with their son Prince.

We reported previously that during an episode of “The Kardashians” on Hulu, Khloe told her sister Kim Kardashian that when Thompson initially proposed to her in December 2019, she turned him down, per PEOPLE. She accepted his second proposal in February 2021.

The on-again/off-again couple welcomed daughter True in April 2018. In August 2022, their son Tatum was born via surrogate.

In 2021, when news broke that Thompson fathered a baby with another woman, Khloe reportedly called off the engagement.
