*Here we go y’all here comes Social Heat for Sat’day, August 5. It must be like “Ground Hog Day” for Bill Cosby. That’s because another woman has come forward and accused Coz of sexual assault. The Daily Mail says singer Morganne Picard filed a lawsuit in New York on Friday claiming the comedian drugged her and raped her. Picard claims Cosby used his “power, fame, and prestige” to sexually abuse her. According to Picard, she met Cosby in 1987 when he invited her on the set of ‘The Cosby Show.’ After getting to know each other Picard says she became close with him and his wife and claims she looked at Cosby as a “father figure.” But further into the lawsuit the singer alleges Cosby would often offer her to drink alcohol, claiming that the drinks made her black out on “multiple occasions.” She went on to explain that on one certain day when she was at Cosby’s house, she had one of his drinks and allegedly woke up in a “hotel room, naked, with soreness.” Cosby’s lawyer, Andrew Wyatt, previously denied all of the other allegations against her client. “It is disappointing to see that these alleged distractors are able to monetize false allegations against Mr. Cosby,” Wyatt said to the news outlet.

Joseline Hernandez has been booked on two new felony charges over her brawl with Big Lex. On Thursday, she appeared in court where she stood before a judge who explained why she needed to be taken into custody again and booked on the new felony charges of battery… In a video obtained by @tmz_tv, Hernandez seemed less than thrilled to receive the news as no one wants to hear they’re going back to jail. However, based on what the judge is saying in the video, it sounds like she won’t be spending much time in the slammer.

And the drama continues with Kel Mitchell pleading with a judge for assistance in stopping his ex-wife from taking him back to court. The actor wants a court order that would prevent Tyisha Mitchell from filing any new motions without the court’s permission. The couple married in  1999 and split in 2005. They share two children, Lyric and Allure. For years, Tyisha had claimed her ex owes her millions of dollars and also accused him of being a deadbeat father. Kel has previously denied the allegations, stating at one point: “Tyisha has done everything in her power to drag me through her path of destruction.” The 44-year-old added:  “I was forced to start over and made an active effort to get my life and affairs in order. I focused on rebuilding my relationships and my career.” The judge previously ruled $425k that Tyisha received from the sale of the couple’s former home covered any support owed by the entertainer. The decision didn’t satisfy Tyisha being that she has since filed multiple motions for contempt against her ex, on top of a request for a restraining order. She also dragged his current wife into the battle and has requested $1.9 million from Kel. Kel is pleading that the back and forth to court be put to an end immediately.

A 17-year-old has been arrested in association with the fatal stabbing of O’Shae Sibley, a dancer from Brooklyn who was stabbed last week at a gas station for Voguing to Beyoncé’s “Renaissance.” “The suspect in the fatal stabbing of O’Shae Sibley in my district last Saturday night just turned himself into the @NYPD61Pct & is now in their custody. Wishing the family peace during this difficult time & hoping for swift justice & serious consequences for the perpetrator,” Councilwoman Inna Vernikov tweeted Friday afternoon. “The alleged perpetrator has been described as a teenager with dark hair, wearing a black shirt and red shorts. Reports said that the teen had a previous record that is not public due to his age. The teenager was allegedly caught on camera telling Sibley and his friends that their ‘dancing’ offended his Muslim faith.”
