This 3D printing factory is run by a high tech Robotic Arm making it the world's first Robot Operated 3D printer cluster. Voodoo Manufacturing operates 160 3D printers in its Brooklyn plant allowing them to fulfill orders of 1-10,000 parts for customers.

The new robotic arm has automated the harvesting process. its job is to swap out build plates in between prints. A labor intensive process that was using up a ton of man hours. As a result of the switch, Voodoo's printers are now 4x more productive and employees have been freed up to engage in higher value tasks.

Voodoo envisions a fully automated 3D printer factory in the near future which could bring manufacturing back to the US in a meaningful way.
