Louisville Cardinals junior guard Hailey Van Lith has announced that she has entered the transfer portal this offseason. According to reports she is entering the portal as a graduate transfer. There are also rumors that she is already decided on where she will play next season. Van Lith was a star guard with the Cardinals who made a name for herself with her stellar play on the court and her firey passion during games. She will effectively have her pick of programs now that she is officially in the transfer portal.

This past season as a junior for the Louisville Cardinals, Hailey Van Lith averaged 19.7 points, 4.5 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.5 steals per game. She paired those numbers with a field goal percentage of 41.1 percent and a three-point percentage of 29.3 percent. While she is not currently elgielbe for the WNBA Draft because of her age, she will be after the 2023-24 college basketball season. She will hope to further prove her worth as a prospect next season after she joins her new program. Van Lith will also hope to compete seriously for an NCAA Championship and her college choice for next season may reflect that.
