Goldlink has been relatively quiet over the past few months, but when he’s stepped out he’s made his voice heard. Late last year, Goldlink pulled a two for one by dropping his latest single with Miguel the same day as his NPR Tiny Desk Concert premiered. Shortly thereafter, the D.M.V representative turned to the nation’s capital to a three day run of intimate shows where he performed his three studio albums in their entirety. Most recently, Goldlink appeared on The COLORS Show where he allegedly took subtle shots at Sheck Wes. Not to mention, he recently received a platinum plaque when his smash hit, “Crew”, went triple platinum.

This weekend, Goldlink is back with his first official single since last August. Celebrating the success of his single, “Crew”, Goldlink has dropped a new record called “Got Muscle”. The new record also features guest vocals from Peewee Longway and WaveIQ. For now, the record sits as a loose track, but Goldlink has been hinting at something new for a while. Will it be an album, mixtape or short project? Who knows? While we wait, enjoy the new offering from the Maryland native, Goldlink, called “Got Muscle” featuring Pewee Longway and WaveIQ.
