Matt Barnes has announced his retirement at the age of 37. He did so in the following Instagram post:

Barnes, who played 14 seasons in the NBA, was primarily a small forward. Over the course of his journeyman career, he spent time with nine different franchises: The Los Angeles Clippers, Sacramento Kings, New York Knicks, Philadelphia 76ers, Golden State Warriors, Phoenix Suns, Orlando Magic, Los Angeles Lakers and Memphis Grizzlies.
Barnes’ former teammate Jamal Crawford posted the following on Twitter:
Charlotte Hornets center Cody Zeller will undergo surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee on Tuesday, league sources tell ESPN. He's expected to miss six weeks.
