Numa cerimónia conduzida por Chelsea Handler, a 28ª edição dos Critics Choice Awards teve um claro vencedor.

Naquele que é considerado como uma das cerimónias que deixa antever os vencedores dos Óscares, foi Everything Everywher All at Once que mereceu honras de destaque, ao levar para casa cinco galardões: Melhor Filme, Melhor Realização para Daniel Kwan e Daniel Scheinert, Melhor Ator Secundário para Ke Huy Quan, Melhor Argumento Original e Melhor Edição (Paul Rogers).
