3tone Music is looking for a dynamic and energetic Sales Agent to join our growing team. This role presents a unique opportunity for a creative sales professional who enjoys making an impact and is results driven to play an active role in the evolution of 3tone. You will be responsible for building our growth strategy within the sales team and providing exceptional customer support.

The role
The main focus of the role is to secure distribution deals with labels and artist management companies who would benefit from releasing their music through 3tone Music. Negotiate bespoke deals for named artists and independent labels and acquire catalog to increase market share and revenue streams for our businesses.
Communications can range from email to LinkedIn and other social media channels with the aim of securing Zoom meetings / online teleconference to discuss the needs and goals of potential clients and how 3tone Music can help them to reach them.
Other Partnership Agreements Apart from converting with artists and labels, we seek to enter into affiliation agreements with a range of music-related establishments and institutions i.e. colleges/ music universities, popular music bloggers and podcasters.
Once the client has been connected with our Artist and Label Services team – introduce incoming clients to their Dedicated Representative and clarify what level of client they are for said Dedicated Representative – their package details custom negotiated – % split, gender, catalog/list size and any other relevant information so that the dedicated representative can provide the promised level of service.

- You have a well-established network of clients within the music industry with whom you have excellent relationships.
- You enjoy researching new business, finding new angles in traditional business models, and taking the initiative to generate new revenue.
- You have an enviable LinkedIn profile.
- You are passionate about music and have previous experience in the music industry and have a deep understanding of how music works with image.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- You enjoy meeting new people, making connections and building networks.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
