Jeff Lynne, the English singer, songwriter, and co-founder of the rock band Electric Light Orchestra has just announced an upcoming North American Tour. Jeff Lynne’s ELO “Over and Out” Tour will kick off in Palm Desert, CA on August 24 and continue across the U.S before wrapping up October 25 in L.A. This will be
