In today’s episode, I read my poem titled On the Wings of Oblivion. On the Wings of Oblivion – Cendrine Marrouat On the wings of oblivion I remember flying high. Lethe welcomed me in Her waving arms,While Heaven caressedMy drowning soul. What is Love but that inner part of us That demands evolution? On the wings of oblivionI remember Death’s sweet smile. She is, oh! So beloved of angels! And I am no exception.I wish Man would not fear Her so. She sings delightful melodiesAnd shall cleanse the griefOf the cross bearers in this world. On the wings of oblivion,My dear God was there. And He absolved my faults. And He kissed my ailing body. And He made me new again. Oh, Man! Miracles happen On the wings of oblivion! ©2009 Cendrine Marrouat
