Maki Roll
Let’s start off our dinner with the savoury-crispy Maki Roll. Time to feed more goodness in it.
Gyoza
Well deep fried gyoza. Minced pork meat was filled in it and wrapped with a thin and chewy wanton skin. If you are a gyoza fans like, you will definitely like it.
Sushi bento
What is Japanese cuisine without any sushi or sashimi! This bento set was served with salmon sashimi, salmon sushi, avocado sushi, unagi sushi, scallop sushi, and fried potato.
Volcano Steak
The highlight of the meal! This volcano steak served in a hotplate and wrapped in aluminium foil. Once served on your table, the server will frame up the aluminium and let the steak cooked in it. The steak will be cooked to well done texture. The steak was seasoned with shallot and garlic. As for my liking, I don't think this 2 ingredients goes well with the steak, instead I would prefer it to seasoned with sea salt. I think it will taste even better.
My Verdict:
Overall, I enjoyed my dining experience at The Green Market at Malaysia KLIA2. The restaurant comes with friendly ambiances and served a range of comfortable and delectable Japanese, Korean and local cuisines. Likewise, it was a good place to recommend for a quick meal while waiting for your next flight destination.
