5 things about G Force Fitness Personal Training by Helen Gaunt Walton on Thames

One

I am a Level 3 fully qualified Personal Trainer, accredited with CIMSPA (which is the professional development body for the UK’s sport and activity sector). Not every personal trainer is a member of CIMSPA and it is important when looking for a new trainer to check that they are governed by a professional body, so there is accountability. I trained with Future Fit Training over several years to ensure I had full knowledge of my area of expertise. My training also incorporated nutrition and weight management, core fitness and exercise programming and coaching. As well as this I am also a certified kettlebell instructor and circuit training coach.

Two

I travel to you! Therefore you do not need to even leave the house or build up the motivation to get down to the gym. I will bring any equipment required with me, or alternatively if you have a home gym and would like to utilise that then we can do so but it is not essential. However do not be concerned about space, you can get a great workout in the space of an exercise mat so there is no need to worry if you think you don’t have enough room to workout at home.

Three

The initial consultation is completely free. After our first telephone chat, I will come and visit you for the free consultation where we will discuss your goals, aims and requirements and arrange the frequency of training and how the sessions will run from there.

Four

Every training plan is bespoke. I write bespoke training plans for every single client. You will not be getting a “one programme fits all” approach from me. Every client is unique and has different abilities, needs and goals, therefore it is incredibly important that the training I provide you with is built especially for you, to ensure we can hit those targets and cater for your lifestyle. I Offer various options also, such as if you would rather spend the last part of the session in an extended stretch and relaxation time or even including a meditation then that can be incorporated. This is completely up to you however and if you only want straight up workouts then that is absolutely fine too.

Five

I also offer small group training. You may prefer to work out with friends, in which case I also offer small group training so that you can work out with 2 or 3 friends together. This can be an extra motivation for each of you and add another element of fun and socialising into the mix.

You can find out more details about me and the training I offer at http://www.gforcefitness.uk or on my Facebook page @gforcefitnesspt where I regularly post tips and advice.
