President Francois Hollande Announced by French President Francois Hollande, to declare a state of emergency in all parts of the country, in addition to the temporary closure of the border, and the deployment of military forces in the capital Paris.  Holland said at an emergency press conference: "We can not enter anyone to France starting from now, and when to take other decisions."
