Emma Martina Emma Martina Luigi Murano is the world's Largest Woman, according to the Guinness Book of World Records, born on November 29, 1899 in Versailles, Italy, 118 years ago  the last woman born in the 20th century. Emma is the eldest sister of eight brothers and sisters who lived in Vercelli, but then moved to Verbania on the banks of Lake Maggiore in Italy where she spent
