Chelsea Football club plans number of surprises for their captain as he plans to play for the last time at Stamford Bridge on his professional career.
John Terry plays for the last time on the blues’ shirt in Premier League after his long and successful 22 years career at the club.

One of the proposals that has been discussed as a tribute to Terry is retiring his number 26 shirt when he leaves after next Saturday’s FA Cup final against Arsenal. Even if his shirt is not retired, it is very unlikely that any other players will wear his shirt in respect for a long time. Gianfranco Zola’s shirt number 25 has not been officially retired but it has not been allocated to any players since his retirement back in 2003.
Meanwhile Chelsea Football Club also plan to gift free beer, prosecco and water to their fans to celebrate the title at home.
It is not sure that if Conte starts Terry in the final league game as he said that his decision will be a ‘surprise’ in the final game.
