Mahanati actress Keerthy Suresh will next be seen in a Film directed by debutante Narendranath which will have her playing the central character. The shooting of the film has already begun and the makers are yet to lock the title for the film. And in a major development, the title of the film has been announced. The film, which was being referred to as #Keerthy20, is now titled Miss India and a teaser of the film has been released by makers. Keerthy is seen sporting an uber chic look in the film shedding her simple girl-next-door-girl look. After having gone through a transformation, Keerthy looks refreshing and gorgeous every bit in the teaser. Besides Keerthy, Miss India also stars agapathi Babu, Naveen Chandra, Rajendra Prasad, Naresh, Bhanushree Mehra, Sumanth S, Poojitha Ponnada, Kamal Kamaraju and Nadhiya in crucial roles. The music of the film is composed by Thaman SS while the cinematography is cranked by Dani Sanchez-Lopez who worked on National Award winning film Mahanti. Watch the teaser of Miss India here:
Since this morning, Twitter has been abuzz with a banter between Keerthy Suresh and Thaman SS about the film which gave a hint that something would be revealed by the makers. And as expected, the title of the film has been announced and fans of the Mahanati actress are quite excited about. The makers are yet to lock the release date of the film, but looking at the calendar of Tollywood, it may hit the large screens during the end of this year. Miss India is being produced by Mahesh S Koneru under the banner East Coast Productions.
Keerthy was last seen in Sarkar alongside Vijay which was directed by Sarkar. Keerthy also played a cameo in Akkineni Nagarjuna's Manmadhudu 2 and was seen in just one scene. Besides Miss India, Keerthy will also make her debut in Bollywood this year with Maidaan which stars Ajay Devgn in lead role.
