Kumkum Bhagya’s Bulbul aka Mrunal Thakur is all set to make it big with her upcoming Bollywood film, Super 30 which also stars Hrithik Roshan. The actress earlier indirectly confirmed her presence in the movie to us and we couldn’t keep calm. The film which is based on the life of Anand Kumar, the famous educationist from Patna who made IIT coaching accessible to the students from society’s underprivileged sections, will portray Mrunal as Hrithik’s love interest. The actress wept with joy when she bagged this role. Well, this was not only a big moment for her but also a spectacular one for her parents.

In an interaction with Mumbai Mirror, the actress revealed, “It’s a big deal for them too that I’m in a film with Hrithik Roshan.” She further added, “After seeing the Kangana Ranaut-starrer Queen, I’m also a huge fan of Vikas (Bahl, director) so to be also collaborating with him in Super 30 was a dream come true.”

Moreover, Mrunal is thankful to Hrithik for always supporting her. She revealed, “Once he invited me to work out with him and now I’m focussed on my fitness thanks to Hrithik. He has become an inspiration and has always been really encouraging about my work.” The Kumkum Bhagya actress can’t stop raving about her 44-year-old co-star. “Whenever I would go to Hrithik’s vanity van to chat or rehearse lines, I’d see him working out or watching inspirational videos. In the movie, she will be seen as a Kathak dancer and took lessons from Birju Maharaj’s disciple Renu Sharma. She went through a metamorphosis during this learning session and all credit goes to her guru. She revealed to the daily, “I was a real tomboy earlier, but after learning Kathak, I could sense some changes in my body language. There’s some nazaqat now, a lot more grace, kathak has also made me more expressive.”

Well, the movie is surely one of the much awaited movies. Earlier, the film was scheduled to hit the theatres on November 30 but later on, the makers shifted it to January 25, 2019. The film will now have a face-off with Emraan Hashmi starrer Cheat India at the box office.
