Contestants wake up on the song The Break UP Song. Hina Khan tells Priyank Sharma what Puneesh Sharma and Arshi Khan were saying about Sapna Chaudhary. Sapna gets angry when she joins the conversation. Bandgi tries to explain to Puneesh that he should try and not say these things to Hina. Bandgi and Puneesh agree that what he said was not in a bad taste but Hina narrated it in a bad taste.

A new luxury budget task is introduced. The contestants will take part in a fake courtroom drama where a divorce hearing of Arshi Khan and Hiten Tejewani is in order. The contestants are divided into two teams.

Family Arshi – Vikas is the lawyer, Shilpa Shinde is Arshi’s mother, Puneesh is Arshi’s brother.

Family Hiten- Luv, Akash, Priyank are Hiten’s brother and Hina is his sister and lawyer. Sapna Chaudhary and Bandgi Kalra are the two judges.

Vikas and Arshi strategise for the game. Vikas says when the point about her tearing her clothes comes, Arshi should say that she is married into a poor family and she redesigns her clothes by tearing them.

Hina Khan accuses Arshi that she flirts with everyone. She calls Priyank Sharma on the stands. Priyank says that Arshi used to flirt with him. Hina says that Priyank is a little shy.

Vikas lashes out that the comments on being made on Arshi are crass. Priyank says that he is talking about himself when he says ‘angpradarshan’, and that Arshi exercises in a provocative manner. Bandgi asks Hina to narrate her story fast and not drag her for an entire season. Vikas defends Arshi.

Bandgi and Sapna declare the verdict in favour of Vikas for this round.

Vikas accuses Priyank of starting the point that Arshi tears her clothes. Priyank gets angry and tells that he had no clue about this until Arshi told him herself.

Team Hiten come up with a new strategy. So do Team Arshi.  A small argument erupts between Arshi and Shilpa. Vikas says that the other team should not come to know about their differences.

The argument escalates between Shilpa and Arshi, where the former says that latter should know what all she has done. Arshi takes offence. Vikas explains that the fun and humour by Arshi is being taken out of context by the other team.

In the next round, Hina accuses Team Hiten of using foul language. Vikas says that there was so much bitterness between the couple because of Hiten. Sapna and Bandgi ask Vikas to prove their accusation. Vikas calls Hiten to the stand and asks him if Arshi pretended to be someone else. Hiten says no. Then Vikas asks why Akash, Hiten’s brother, harassed, Arshi and Shilpa. Akash is called to the stand. Then Shilpa comes to the stand and says that she loved everyone like a mother.

Arshi takes the comments seriously and comments on Priyank Sharma’s sexuality. Priyank loses his cool and asks Vikas why is he supporting a woman like her. Priyank says that the same thing happened with him in week 1 and it is happening again.

Priyank lashes out that Arshi has said something about him and Sabyasachi earlier as well.
