Speculations gained strength after a commercial, which had the two exchanging marriage vows, went viral. They looked so good together in the ad that people wished it was for real. Of course, we knew it was just a publicity gimmick to make the commercial work. But the thought really stuck with us. We mean what if the couple is planning a quiet December wedding and doesn’t want anyone to know about it. So we asked if you too are thinking on the same lines. We asked you if the news was true or false and turns out, you are on our side. 63 per cent people feel it’s a fake story and that’s a huge amount!

Guess that’s what the makers of this commercial wanted to achieve from it. For Diwali, a clothing brand that Virat endorses, released an ad where the couple is seen promising each other sweet little nothings. That’s the most adorable commercial of the two. The way they talk about taking care of each other, will make you smile. You would want it to be real. In fact, you can consider it as Virat popping the question to Anushka. That could be the reason behind why such a speculation about their wedding is going rife. It could be done to make the commercial a success. Honestly, they need not do that because the video is enough to make people go ‘aww.’

But over 35 per cent people did fall prey to the gimmick and found it to be true. Well, wishful thinking, but we hope it turns true someday.
