Is The First Poster Of Prabhas’ Saaho Inspired By Ryan Gosling’s Blade Runner 2049?

Tollywood megastar Prabhas has given a huge gift to his fans by unveiling the first look of his highly anticipated tri-lingual thriller Saaho on his 38th birthday. Saaho, which is made on the humongous budget of around Rs 150 crores, marks the Bollywood debut of the Baahubali star Prabhas. The stylish poster showcasing the lead protagonist on the streets in all black avatar with a face hidden in a misty night surely elevates our excitement for the movie. But does this first look poster remind you of some Hollywood flick?

The first look bears the striking resemblance with the poster of recently released Hollywood neo-noir science fiction flick Blade Runner 2049. The Denis Villeneuve’s directorial film shows Ryan Gosling walking through a foggy and snowy path with a masked face. Though the Saaho poster slightly resembles with Blade Runner 2049, we know the plot is completely different and hope that it matches up to audiences’ expectations. It is co-produced by UV Creations and Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions and is set to hit the screens next year.
