Kasam-Tere Pyar Ki starts with Tanuja(Kratika Sengar) praying for Rishi’s(Sharad Malhotra) long life and then suddenly holds herself as she is shocked at her own prayer. She gets up from the pooja and leaves while Ahana notices this. Tanuja walks to the terrace as she thinks that she is getting carried away by emotions and wonders why she is not able to hold her emotions at bay. She turns to see Rishi and says she was trying to call Abhishek(Amit Tandon). Rishi dials the number and asks Tanuja to speak to Abhishek. Tanuja speaks to Abhishek and acts like she is wondering why he is not there yet. Rishi tells Tanuja that he knows her better than she knows herself. He asks her why she keeps lying to him when he can see her love in her eyes which is just for him. Tanuja walks into Rano who taunts her about being married and yet there. Abhishek walks in and interrupts them, he warns Rano to not misbehave with Tanuja and that he is not Rishi that he would bear his wife’s insult. Tanuja goes to the kitchen to get milk shake for Natasha but Netra asks her to rest and she would get it made. As Tanuja walks back she sees her old rooms and walks to it. She remembers the old days and the times with Rishi that they spent in the room. She is startled to find Rishi there and they have an eyelock. Tanuja asks him why he is following her and he says that he was passing by and he saw the lights flickering. Rishi says the room is left the same way as she had left it 7years back. Rishi apologises for always standing against her and also not trusting her. Tanuja tells him that she did not leave him for all the hurt he gave her but for some other reason. Rishi asks her the reason and she refuses to tell him anything yet. Rishi stops Tanuja as she tries to walk away and they fight again. Rishi tells her that he knows she loves him but she says that she loved someone else and he is not the same. Rishi picks up sindoor and runs to fill Tanuja’s forehead as she tries to stop him and in their fight some of it drops on her forehead and Rishi walks away saying sorry. Tanuja is disturbed as she sees it and thinks why she is not able to wipe it away. Abhishek meets her outside and takes her away. As they go Abhishek notices Rishi and purposely takes Tanuja’s hand and confesses his love for her.
