Tusshar Kapoor: Just Because Lakshya Is In My Life, It Doesn’t Mean I Will Not Do Adult Films Like Kya Kool Hai Hum

Tusshar Kapoor is a hands-on father and he has proved it yet again as he took his child, Lakshya, along with him to Hyderabad for the final schedule of Golmaal Again. The actor reveals to us that he wants to spend as much time with Lakshya as possible, but he also wants him to travel along with him so that his kid gets flexible with the schedules he has to go through. And while talking about how understanding Lakshya is, Tusshar even suggests that the baby does not have separation anxiety like other kids do, when their parents are leaving for work. However, the most surprising revelation came when he mentioned that he won’t stop doing adult films like Kyaa Kool Hain Hum just because Lakshya is in his life now. But then again, he won’t show his son an adult movie initially.

During our visit to the Golmaal Again sets, when we asked him as to how he manages to give Lakshya time and balance it with his professional commitments, Tusshar revealed, “Lakshya is here with me, this is his second outdoor. He is jumping on the bed, crawling all over. I want him to get used to travelling because I want him to be flexible with the schedules and all. I don’t think he realises (that I am an actor), but he is fine when I am leaving for a schedule. He does not have separation anxiety. He knows when I am going, but I spend time with him in the morning, then I say my goodbyes, I tell him I am going and he understands. Sometimes, when I am there, he is extra naughty, so he should learn to have that separation also.” (ALSO READ – Tusshar Kapoor reveals what exactly happened when his son Laksshya met Kareena Kapoor Khan’s son Taimur)

Several people tend to change their choices of films after becoming parents, will he be following suit too? Tusshar clarifies, “No, I haven’t changed or thought about changing my choice of films. I always wanted to do good work and it could be a genre and who knows, just because Lakshya is in my life, it doesn’t mean I will not do a Shootout or a Kya Kool Hain Hum just because they are adult films. It’s mutually exclusive. He can pick and choose whatever he wants to watch. I have not thought about my career in that sense, but if he doesn’t like my movies, then he can watch his grand-dad’s movies. They are all U rated films.”

But which is the first film that he would want to show him? Tusshar reveals, “I haven’t thought about it, but Golmaal is a kid-friendly film, it has that slapstick comedy element, which kids generally love. But from my experience and what I have spoken to with my friends, they usually pick the most oddest movies ever. I don’t know what he would pick, but right now he is not allowed screen time till he is two years old. When he is bigger, I’ll think which film to show him. Maybe it would be a Golmaal, but it definitely won’t be an adult comedy. Ideally I would like him to see my first film (Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai), but I don’t know what he will like.” (ALSO READ – Tusshar Kapoor reveals the first word that Laksshya uttered and it is just what we expected)
