Rocky (Karanvir Bohra) is going in search of the Ichchadhari Naagin with the NaagYantra, he follows the route of the naagin. On the other hand Shivangi (Mouni Roy) is moving towards the Thakshak mountain and Shesha(Adah Khan) is following her. Shesha tries to stop Shivangi by wind, vultures and fog but Shivaangi realises the presence of Shesha around and tricks her. Shivangi reaches the thakshak mountain and searches for thakshak temple. Again Shesha arrives, though shesha feels something amiss she moves on with the intention of killing Shivaangi.

Shivaangi and Shesha face each other and Shesha stuns Shivaangi with her first attack. She being a 119 year old snake she is all powerful much more than Shivaangi. Shivaangi says she already knows that she is not Ruchika but Shesha who once loved her father and for this she killed her mother. Shivaangi once again distracts Shesha with fog and moves on to the thakshak temple. She enters the temple and sees all the stone idols. She is reminded of Guru Dev’s instruction of not looking into the eyes of Thakshika as that would make her immediately change into a stone idol. She realises that all these idols are of the people who looked into the eyes of thakshika.

She looks around for Thakshika. Thakshika comes before Shivaangi and dares her to look into her eyes. Shivangi avoids her eyes and blindfolds herself, but Thakshika opens her blindfold and keeps attacking her. Shivaangi finds her opportunity and strikes at Thakshika’s head uprooting it.

Now Shesha too enters the temple following Shivaangi. She again feels somethings amiss but ignores the feeling. Meanwhile Rocky arrives at the foot of the mountain and starts climbing it, he too enters the temple guided by the NaagYantra. Shesha sees Rocky and comes infront of him in the form of Ruchika(Adah Khan). Rocky is surprised and questions her about her being there. Shesha replies that she saw Shivaangi leaving home at midnight and thought she might be in some trouble so followed her to help her. Rocky says he would not let anything happen to Shivaangi and would save her. They search for her and Rocky finally witnesses Shivangi’sNaagin form. He is totally taken aback, Shesha instigates him further saying she had always warned him against her but he never listened. Rocky is broken, Shesha stings Rocky and makes him unconscious so that she can kill Shivaangi.

Shivaangi is moving ahead with the head of Thakshika and Shesha strikes her. Again they have a confrontation and Shivaangi tricks Shesha into hitting her head against a rock shocking her for a while. Shivaangi instigates Shesha into looking at her and as Shesha does that Shivaangi faces her with Thakshika’s head. Thakshika’s eyes expel a power and Shesha starts turning into a stone. Exactly then Rocky comes to consciousness and witnesses Shivaangi killing Shesha and also confessing to have killed every one of his family members. Rocky is completely shattered knowing this.

Shivaangi goes to Guru ji with Thakshika’s head and asks him to destroy it. Guruji makes the head blind so that there is no power in the eyes anymore. He warns Shivaangi that if the head is re-established on the body it might regain its power. Shivaangi asks him to destroy it. Guruji fails to do so and they go to the Shiv Mandir and keeps the head infront of the Shiv Ling and asks Shiva to takes the head into his protection. At that moment the head becomes invisible. Guruji says that no one is aware of this place so nobody will ever reach to Thakshika’s head. Guru ji tells Shivaangi now she is very near achieving her revenge as only one more of her enemies is left. But he warns her that Yamini is everything to Rocky and so she has to be more careful. Shivaangi says she would tell Rocky everything after this is over but she will never let Yamini (Sudha Chandran) live.
