Birthdays like these!!! It came nothing short of a surprise when the photogs got to spot Shah Rukh Khan bonding with Aamir Khan at the latter’s 52nd birthday bash last night. I mean, nobody knew SRK too would be making it to the do for earlier reports only suggested how it’s going to be a rather intimate affair with the Phogat family being Aamir’s special guests for the night. However, much to everyone’s surprise, Shah Rukh decided to make a late night entry by quietly meeting Aamir in the wee hours of morning. Probably, he didn’t even want many to know that he too is a part of Aamir’s party but there…there…BollywoodLife’s photographer Yogen Shah not only got lucky to capture Shah Rukh but also snapped him bonding with Aamir. Now if this doesn’t sum up Shah Rukh and Aamir’s new found friendship then I dunno what will. While buzz is that SRK and Aamir’s growing fondness for each other is nothing but a build up for a professional collaboration. Aamir in his yesterday’s interview clarified that there’s no truth to any such report. He said, “I and Shah Rukh are just meeting as friends. There’s no project that we are doing. He invited me to his home, we are meeting as friends, not discussed work.”

Well, whatever be the case, we’re glad that Aamir and Shah Rukh are at least moving over being just contemporaries and acknowledging their like-mindedness. They sail on the same boat, both are marketing gurus and to top it all – Aamir and Shah Rukh represent the superstar legacy in its best form. So with their friendship getting deeper, we believe that day definitely isn’t that far when we’ll get to see SRK and Aamir coming up with a master plan to surprise their fans.
